About delivery certificates and record changes
Where can I find a facility’s delivery certificate?
Look up the facility to find its PST facility number and the expiration date in TCEQ’s published data. The certificate PDF is a separate document. In TCEQ’s Central Registry Document Search, choose Petroleum Storage Tank under Search by Registration Number, enter the facility number, and select View Certificate of Delivery. See TCEQ’s instructions for details.
What does TankCurrent’s change history show?
TankCurrent saves copies of TCEQ’s published data over time. Recent changes shows differences between those copies, including expiration dates, owner names and facilities appearing or disappearing. The observation date is when TankCurrent found the difference, rather than when it took effect at the facility.
